Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. is made using only the must of Trebbiano grapes and is aged over time in casks made from different types of wood: mulberry, ash, cherry, chestnut and oak. There are two types: aged 12 years and aged 25 years. This exquisite condiment is unique in structure and flavour (dense, highly aromatic).
