P.G.I. | Protected Geographical Indication
To guarantee its customers high quality standards and a genuine local product, Antichi Colli S.r.l. has achieved CSQA certification for the production and bottling of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication).
Organic Agro-Food
In response to demand from its consumers, Antichi Colli S.r.l. has also obtained certification under Directive 834/2007 for the production, preparation, distribution and importation of organic products.
A.B.M. | Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena
The Consortium’s purpose is to protect, promote and market the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. denomination and to provide consumer information and safety. The Consortium and the member Companies work jointly to safeguard the local area and its culinary culture, in order to defend and preserve this major product’s tradition. The Consortium is first and foremost a guarantee for both consumers and traders, in Italy and worldwide.
I.F.S. | International Food Standard
IFS certification is one of today’s international standards for verification of the safety and quality of food products. Antichi Colli S.r.l. holds IFS certification, confirming its capability for guaranteeing the high safety and quality standards of its products.
Halal
In addition to complying with Italian and European health and safety standards, Antichi Colli products conform to Islamic dietary laws, and they are therefore also fully suitable for use by consumers of Islamic faith.
