Essence is a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. aged for more than 3 years in small casks of choice woods. It is full-bodied with a strong, complex fragrance. Its flavour is rich and smooth.
It is recommended for use on slivers of Parmigiano, fruit salads, strawberries, vanilla ice cream and desserts.
