Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. is made using only the must of Trebbiano grapes and is aged over time in casks made from different types of wood: mulberry, ash, cherry, chestnut and oak. There are two types: aged 12 years and aged 25 years. This exquisite condiment is unique in structure and flavour (dense, highly aromatic). Its exclusive nature makes it an exceptional product, for real connoisseurs.
It is recommended for use on complex pasta dishes, choice cuts of meat such as fillet steak, slivers of Parmigiano, strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
